How to Order from the Evil Mad Science Shop
Items can be purchased by adding them to your shopping cart. You know the drill: Find the things that you want and put them in your cart! From there, click through to check out and buy your stuff. Then, light a candle and stand vigil 24 hours a day by your mailbox until your thingies arrive (optional.) If you should need to contact us about an existing order, please send us E-mail through the contact form-- this is the fastest and most certain way to contact us.


Payment
You can place your order directly from our site using any major credit card. (Payments are processed through a secure credit card gateway; no one at Evil Mad Science will ever see, handle, or store your credit card number.) By special arrangement we can also accept payments through Paypal, Google Checkout, domestic or international wire transfers, or a paper check. Please contact us if you would like to set up an order with us using one of these means.


Shipping
We offer a choice of shipping by USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail and charge actual postage costs plus $2 per order for shipment.

To find actual shipping costs for your order, please add the items to your shopping cart. Then, on the checkout page, enter the destination Country, Postal Code and State to show shipping options and costs. (You do not need to enter any personal or payment information.)

We make every effort to ship products quickly; most items ship from stock in 1-3 business days.


California Orders
8.25% Sales tax will be collected on orders shipped to California addresses unless prior arrangements are made.


International Orders
We ship to most countries. Our "regular" international shipping method is USPS International Priority Mail, which takes 6-10 days to most destinations worldwide. Shipping by USPS Express mail is strongly recommended for all international orders. It is slightly faster, more reliable, and provides tracking information that Priority Mail does not.

Please note: Actual value will be displayed on customs forms. Recipient is responsible for any and all taxes and/or customs fees that may apply at your location.


Returns
Because of the nature of our products we generally do not accept returns. We will, however, replace any missing or faulty parts or products ASAP; Contact us right away if anything doesn't look right!


Undeliverable packages
We do our best to make sure that our products really get to you. However, if all else fails and the post office returns to us your package as "undeliverable," it is our policy to refund your order less shipping costs.
