How to Order from the Evil Mad Science Shop In stock items can be purchased by adding them to your shopping cart. You know the drill: Find the things that you want and put them in your cart! When you are ready to check out, click on the appropriate "ADD" button. Then, light a candle and stand vigil 24 hours a day by your mailbox until your thingies arrive (optional.) We accept major credit cards through a secure payment gateway provided by PayPal. (You do not need to be a PayPal member.) We alternately accept payment from PayPal transfers and e-checks. By special arrangement we can also take payment through Google Checkout, domestic or international wire transfers, or a paper check. Please contact us if you would like to initiate an order through one of these other means.
Shipping - US orders
Most orders for in-stock items ship in 1-3 business days.
Shipping cost is based on weight and destination. Our shopping cart system can automatically calculate your shipping costs if you let it know your ZIP code. Regular shipping and handling for most small kits and items is through USPS Priority Mail, which has 2-3 day delivery within the US. Some small orders with shipping cost under $5 (e.g., sticker orders) may go by regular first-class mail. A $15 flat-rate upgrade to USPS Express Mail is available and gives 1-2 day delivery within the US.
California orders 8.25% Sales tax will be added to orders with California shipping addresses, unless prior arrangements are made. Local pickup in Sunnyvale California may be available for prepaid items on an appointment-only basis (no shipping/handling fee); Contact us if you are interested in local pickup.

Please note: Actual value will be displayed on customs forms. Recipient is responsible for any and all taxes and/or customs fees that may apply at your location. Returns Sorry, we do not offer returns or refunds. We will, however, replace any missing or faulty parts or products ASAP; Contact us if anything doesn't look right!
Undeliverable packages If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will refund your payment less postage costs.
